This booklet has been lovingly designed for those grieving loss from a death. I created ‘A Space for Me’ so you can have exactly that. It’s about making space for yourself as well as honouring your person; in thoughtful, creative and grounding ways.

Be kind to yourself and get as creative and messy as you’d like. And remember: take it slow, it’s okay if things still feel confusing, you don’t have anything to “figure out” right now, there is no ultimate finish line. Just be you and just be where you are.
