Online Grief Therapy & Bereavement Counselling
Hi, I’m Lula. We haven’t met yet but I’m glad you’re here.
I’m an online grief therapist and bereavement counsellor working with adults across the UK and internationally.
I support people navigating grief, loss and life changes, whether that’s the death of a loved one or pet, the end of a relationship, family estrangement or disconnection from yourself.
Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, numb, exhausted, lost, anxious, disconnected or maybe.. all of the above. You may also be trying to make sense of what’s happened and how to move forward.
This is where I come in.
I meet you where you are. Therapy with me is grounded in real human connection: warm, honest and authentic. We make space for whatever shows up. You’ll be met with so much care, curiosity and respect.
There’s no pressure to commit, sometimes the first step is just a conversation.

It is a more in-depth getting to know you, who you are, your pain and your desires, goals and how best I can support you. You are of course also free to ask questions, clarify anything you feel unsure about.
6. How do I know if you can help me?
If you’re looking for a therapist who feels human, grounded and genuinely present with you, I may be a good fit.
I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience into my work but I don’t believe therapy is about having all the answers or “fixing” people. Sometimes life is painful and complicated and there isn’t an easy solution for that.
What I can offer is a space where you don’t have to perform, minimise yourself or pretend you’re okay. I’ll meet you with honesty, warmth, curiosity and compassion as we work through things together.
