Therapy for grief in all forms
Welcoming all feelings and exploring the value of the relationship to ourselves and others
Welcome to Therapy with Lula, we haven’t met yet but I’m glad you’re here!
I offer online grief and bereavement counselling for adults.
If you are navigating loss, whether that’s the death of a loved one, a breakup, or changes in relationships, I want you to know you don’t have to go through it alone.
You may be feeling deeply sad, overwhelmed, confused or disconnected. Perhaps you’re struggling with boundaries, self-esteem or identity.
I meet you where you’re and at the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship we build together. I draw on different approaches but it’s this relationship that creates a space that feels safe, warm and zero judgement. We can honour your past whilst living in the now.
Our sessions are shaped around you and I welcome it all! The silence, the laughter, the tears. There’s no such thing as “too much”, you’re free to be you.
I offer online video sessions, supporting mainly UK-based clients.

It’s true: I don’t have a magic wand and often, there not straightforward, easy-peasy answers. But I can guarantee you my full, undivided presence. You won’t have to wear any kind of mask and I too, will show up mask-less, fully genuine, as the empathic, curious, slightly-goofy person that I am.
